Payment Methods & Security
Ordering a custom handmade diecast model of your car is settled at checkout — no invoicing, no back-and-forth. Two payment paths are offered so buyers in different European markets can pay the way they prefer.
How you can pay
- Card — Visa, Mastercard, Amex. Handled directly by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Bank transfer with a reference — for buyers who prefer to pay by SEPA transfer (EU) or Faster Payments (UK). You upload the transaction reference and we start your build once payment clears.
Currency
Prices are set in GBP. Visitors from the eurozone are shown auto-converted EUR prices at the daily FX rate (rounded up to the nearest whole euro). The currency you see at checkout is the currency you pay in.
Security
The full site runs on HTTPS. Card details are entered directly on the payment processor's secure form — the numbers never touch our servers. We store only the transaction reference and the last four digits so we can match your payment to your order.
VAT and duties
- UK and EU deliveries — prices include VAT. Nothing to pay on delivery.
- Switzerland — the courier may collect a small local handling fee at delivery.
- Non-European destinations — email info@roysdiecast.com for a quote.
Receipts and invoices
You get an order confirmation email at checkout and a delivery notification when the model ships. If you need a VAT invoice for a company purchase, reply to your confirmation email with the business name, address and VAT number and we will send a formal invoice.
